"Merry Christmas" Controversy -- Sears Takes a Bold Risk

Every year this time, corporate America has to decide whether to acknowledge the actual holiday we're celebrating, or avoid backlash from anti-Christian groups acting to "protect" their employees and customers from the intrusion of faith into our culture.  Recently, after catching an ad for Sears on TV where the forbidden word, "Christmas" was uttered several times, we visited their website.  To our surprise, they not only refer to the holiday as "Christmas" in several locations throughout the site, they have a link to their "Christmas" department on the main page.
