Description
Wrap your hands around this cheese lover's sandwich if you can. Big, meaty and full of sourdough goodness, this cut lunch is a guy feast perfect for game day.
Ingredients
| 2 | Slice | Sliced "Santa Cruz" style sourdough bread |
| 2 | Slice | Thin sliced ham |
| 1 | Slice | Swiss cheese |
| 1 | Slice | Monterey Jack cheese |
| 1 | Slice | Cheddar cheese |
Instructions
Lightly butter two slices of sourdough bread for each sandwich. Arrange the ham slices between the cheese slices. Toast on a griddle until golden brown on both sides and all the cheese has melted.
